The stone is set in aten prong 18kt yellow gold setting with leaf-like shoulders set with an old European cut diamond in the center. The side diamonds are approximately J-K color, VS-SI clarity combining for roughly 0.02-carats. The ring is currently size5.25 and can be resized!
